Ferguson Arrested for Possession of Stolen Property

On Saturday February 9,2013 Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, arrested 35 year old Jackie G. Ferguson, of Tampico on a Whiteside County Warrant in Bettendorf, Iowa at the Casino around 10:00pm. Ferguson was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant, for Possession of Stolen property which was issued in August 2012, following any investigation conducted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, in which Ferguson was in possession of Stolen copper wire. On Monday Ferguson was transported from Scott County Jail, to the Whiteside County Jail, were Ferguson is being held pending a court appearance. Ferguson warrant is $50,000 dollars, for bond with 10% applied
