Since September 2002, the staff at Dream Works Mechanical, Inc., has been servicing forklifts and heavy equipment from their Morrison, Illinois location.  Owner Jeff Weaver, and employee, Tim Wagner both have a variety of training and years of experience to offer to customers that are in need of repairs, which are done at the customer’s location.

“It is just not cost effective for the customer to drive that equipment around.  We are quite adapted to working in the field,” Weaver said.

Weaver and his small staff, consisting of just himself, Office Manager Mindy Norman, and Tim Wagner, together offer a full line of parts, directly from “TVH”.

“Everything you could ever think of - service components, filters, safety equipment, just to name a few - is available. It’s like major auto parts stores.  We stock some items in the shop, but we can’t have everything. We stock the highest moving items,” Weaver added.

Weaver has been working on equipment since he was a child, and studied electrical control training, as well as receiving classes at the vocational level. Previously, Weavers’ business was located in Rock Falls, but the family found the current property located at 13651 Lincoln Road in Morrison, loved the school district, and the property potential, and decided to open Dream Works Mechanical, Inc.  Weaver explained that most of his customer base comes from the Sterling, Rock Falls, and Morrison areas.

“Our regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but we are on call 24/7 to meet the immediate service needs of our customers,” Weaver stated.

Dream Works Mechanical Inc., has plans in the distant future to expand its business as the economy continues to grow. Until that time they will continue to be an asset to the community.

Weaver added, “We exist today because our customers trust our work and know that we will be there for them, and we enjoy doing our jobs.”
