Patricia Ann Neubauer

Patricia Ann Neubauer, 81 died Sunday March 25, 2012 at CGH Medical Center, Sterling.

She was born on January 27, 1931 in Sterling, IL the daughter of James and Anna (Etes) Dwyer. She married Robert August Neubauer on September 16, 1950 in Rock Falls. He died November 2, 1987. She had been a cook at various local restaurants. She was a member of Dutchtown Church of the Brethren; had volunteered with the Boys Scouts of America Blackhawk Area Council; volunteered in the hobby building at the Carroll County Fair as well as serving on the fair board.

Surviving are her five sons: Robert J. (Vicki) Neubauer of Sterling, Darrell C. (Betty) Neubauer of Rock Falls, Warren O. (Twyla) Neubauer of Parker, CO, Patrick A. (Laurie) Neubauer of Rock Falls and Thomas M. (Michelle) Neubauer of Milledgeville; one sister Jeanne (Loren) Ekquist of Sterling; 10 grand children; 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 29, 2012 from 5-7 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, 520 Holcomb Avenue in Milledgeville. Funeral services will follow on Friday at 11 AM at the Dutchtown Church of the Brethren, Milledgeville with Pastor Rick Koch officiating. Burial will be at Dutchtown Cemetery.
