PART III — Joseph O’Neal was twenty-seven years old when he died by hanging at the Carroll County Courthouse on May 16, 1873. He’d been born at Steubenville, Ohio but came west with his family during the Civil War to Chicago, then to Clinton, Iowa.

Great grandparents are the late LaVerne and Mae Shipman of Milledgeville.

Curtis and Sara Derrer of Lanark are the proud parents of Caleb Marshall Derrer born June 4th at the Monroe Clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin. Caleb joins a sister Emma Kate, age 2. Grandparents are Don and Renee Derrer of Shannon and Bill and Deb Dietz of Lena. Great grandparents are Betty Derrer and Wanda Schaubert of Shannon, Lowell and Arlene Dietz of Lanark and Irma Zier of Lena.

Mussers Welcome New Daughter

Darin and Shannon Musser of Pearl City are the proud parents of Charlotte Elizabeth Musser born June 5th at the Monroe Clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin. Charlotte joins a sister Brea, age 5 and a brother Drake, age 9. Grandparents are James and Denise Musser of Pearl City and Robert and Marla Deans of Freeport. Great grandparents are Kenneth and Donna Musser of Pearl City, Dennis and Carol Endress of Pearl City and Fred Carrithers of Freeport.
