Marilyn Figie

Marilyn Figie (nee: Zajicek) went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the age of 82 years. Wonderful wife for 57 years to Robert. Beloved mom of Joan (Michael) Manke, John (Katie) Figie, and Paul (Michele) Figie. Loving and caring grandma of Rebecca (Jamie), Melissa, Sarah, Aaron (Jenny), David, Samuel, Luke, Zach, Gabriela, and Joshua. Sister of Neil, Melvin, Kathy (Bob) Greenwood, Harlon “Pete” (Jane), and Gerri (Dick) Leenhouts. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Fellowship Thurs., April 1 at ELMBROOK CHURCH, 777 South Barker Road, Brookfield, from 1-3 PM. Memorial Service 3 PM.

Roy E. Wurster

Roy E. Wurster, age 90, of Savanna, Illinois, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Big Meadows Nursing Home in Savanna. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010, at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Savanna, with Reverend Philip Bigelow officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, rural Savanna. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, prior to the service at the Church. Memorials may be directed to St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Savanna.

Stanley Helle

Stanley Wayne Helle, age 66, of Riverview, Illinois, died on Monday, March 22, 2010, at the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Morrison, Illinois. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna with President Konrad Radke officiating. A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m., prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Unity Hospice in Stanley’s memory.
