Vicky L. Dixon, age 66, of Savanna, Illinois, died Monday, February 20, 2012, in Highland Community Hospital, Hillsboro, Ohio. Cremation rites have been accorded. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m., Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna with a Memorial Service at 5:30 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna.

Esteban R. Hidalgo

Esteban R. “Steve” Hidalgo, age 69, of Thomson, Illinois died on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at his home. Arrangements are pending at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Savanna. Cremation rites will be accorded following the mass. Burial will take place at a later date. A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Antl Hall, 318 Chicago Ave, Savanna with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. A memorial fund has been established in Steve’s memory.
